Whether you’re a man or a woman, the existence of breasts isn’t exactly a mystery, They’re more a fact of life that we all have a chance to interact with in some capacity or another.

Massaging your breast or nipples is very powerful and therapeutic. It helps in releasing oxytocin, the same chemical that is released when you’re hugged.

Oxytocin is a powerful hormone and acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain. For example, in a study conducted by researchers at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, 61 percent of women with breast pain had a reduction in breast tenderness when they cut out caffeine.
