Whether you’re a man or a woman, the existence of breasts isn’t exactly a mystery, They’re more a fact of life that we all have a chance to interact with in some capacity or another.

1. Breast Massages

Yes, it’s usually said that bras prevent sagging breasts and it’s constantly told us that to keep our breasts in a perfect shape we should wear a bra. However, studies have proved this wrong. According to them, a bra affects the neck and back alignment.

Massaging your breast or nipples is very powerful and therapeutic. It helps in releasing oxytocin, the same chemical that is released when you’re hugged.

Oxytocin is a powerful hormone and acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain. Elastin is an extremely elastic protein in connective tissue and allows many tissues in the body to resume their shape after stretching or contracting. Elastin helps skin to return to its original position when it is poked or pinched.

For many of us, this pain will come around menstruation, when breasts tend to be bigger and more sensitive anyway. But for other women, these uncomfortable feelings just don’t want to go away.

According to some studies about caffeine, it has come to notice that coffee can make your breasts more sensitive.

For example, in a study conducted by researchers at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, 61 percent of women with breast pain had a reduction in breast tenderness when they cut out caffeine.
