There are things we all eat in our daily life, not realizing they are the ones helping us gain all that extra weight, and how important it is to get rid of them.


1. Frozen Food

To make food last extra long in your freezer, food manufacturers load frozen meals with sodium, a natural preservative. Sodium makes our body retain water, which bloats the body up — so no matter how much you lose weight you are never gonna look slim & trim. Avoid Frozen Meals at all cost.


2. Packet Chips

The worst thing to eat is all those preservatives that they pack for you in attractive packaging that shouts us “ come on buy me. Eat me. Don’t I look yummy? “

Yes, they sure do look very tasty, but they are very bad for our health and really give us unnecessary weight. They are very high in Calories and too easy to eat too many of them without knowing. if you are trying to lose weight, you must stop eating chips.

They satisfy us for a short period, but really when you realize what harm they do, you will be haunted by them for a lifetime.


3. Fried Food

Oh well, I am sure we all are aware of this one. Fried food really harm us by affecting our cholesterol levels and also makes us SUPER fat.

Obviously, most of us ignore this fact because of the very obvious fact that it is super yum.

But it is something that you should leave as the first thing if you aim of losing weight. It is very harmful, as it makes you fat like anything in no time.


4. Chinese Food

I am very well aware of and I totally agree with the fact that it is the most amazing cuisine ever. Especially the Chinese cuisine. It personally used to be my favorite too until I made it my goal to turn thin and no matter what.

Everything that is cooked and served in Chinese, is fried and then made in super oily and sauces with a lot of harmful ingredients.

For instance, the noodles are first fried, and then made it so much oil.


5. Chocolates



I know chocolates are super yum and really are the cure to everything. Every bad mood, fight, or for that matter even the smallest thing makes us say “ there’s only one cure for it, chocolate! “

It’s like we all need an excuse to eat chocolates, but I hope you all know this excuse is going to give you a major pain when you are trying to get rid of all the fat.

You should replace all your milk and white chocolates with the dark chocolates since it has very less sugar and calories as well.


6. Pizza



Pizzas are usually very tasty, but they contain high amounts of fat, refined carbs and calories. They are one of the most popular junk food amongst the kids as well as the mid aged people.

It is the all-time favorite food of almost 90% of the people. Like the lovers say “ there’s nothing more amazing than a warm pizza box on your lap. “ maybe you’re right guys, but there’s nothing sadder seeing yourself in the mirror, and not liking how you look.

It contains a lot of cheese, and really needs to be left if you’re serious about losing weight.


7. Potatoes

Potato, especially in the form of french fries or potato chips or fried potato is the worst form.

The potato itself as a vegetable is healthy and doesn’t have much fattening effect when eaten as boiled or roasted but when cooked in Oil, deep fried or eaten with Butter they become very fattening. Butter and Oil have plenty of calories making potatoes a weight loss nightmare. 


8. Icecream


“ You scream, I scream we all scream for an ice cream “

Yeah guys, do not forget you also scream when you work so hard in the gym putting all the effort.

Most commercially made ice cream is full of sugar. And since it’s often eaten as a dessert, ice cream can add a lot of extra calories to your meal.

The maximum you can do is have ice cream as a treat once a month when you’re having a major craving.


9. Fruit Juices

Most fruit juices you find at your local supermarket and grocery stores have very little to do with natural whole fruit.

Fruit juices are highly processed and contain added sugar.

In fact, they can contain as much sugar as your regular soda that you have been avoiding. If you want to enjoy fruit juices, which you should for health benefits, make sure it is freshly prepared out of the real fruits.


10. Pastries, Cookies, and Cakes

Pastries, cookies, and cakes are all packed with unhealthy ingredients including added sugar, butter/oil, and refined flour.

These little treats may look satisfying and obviously delicious but you will likely become hungry soon after eating these high calories foods.  If you want to eat something sweet, you can snack on some fruits or bite a piece of dark chocolate.


I am sure, since all of you are reading this, it is on your to do list and you all really wish to check off the box saying  “lose weight”
