Tip: Start your day with a glass of water and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
2. Strictly follow the C-T-M rule
“Cleanse-Tone-Moisturize” This is one of the most effective skincare routine.
All you need to do is to apply toner on your face after you cleanse your face with a face wash and then, once you’re done with dabbing toner on your face, apply moisturizer in circular motions.
CTM helps to remove all the excess dirt from your face and trust me, you will definitely see a difference in your skin tone within a week.
Tip: You can use rose water as a toner.
Exfoliation is a vital step when it comes to a healthier skin, not only does it removes dead cells but also removes blemishes and helps to fade away the scars.
To exfoliate, simply mix together 2tbsp. of sugar, 1tbsp. of lemon juice and 1tbsp. of honey. With the help your fingers, apply this scrub on your face and massage in circular motion to get rid of tanning and dead cells.
Tip: You must exfoliate your face at least once in a week.
4. Apply sunscreen.
Sunscreen provides a shield against harmful UV rays and prevents tanning and premature-aging.
So, not applying a sunscreen means you are actually damaging your skin.

Mix together 2tbsp. of gram flour, half a tbsp. of lemon juice, 1tbsp. of milk cream and 1tbsp. of rose water to get a smooth paste.
Apply this paste on your face and neck and leave it for 15-20minutes. Once it gets dried, wash off with lukewarm water.
The ingredients in this face pack help to restore the glow of your skin and also remove pigmentation.
You can also apply fuller’s earth (Multani Mitti) mixed with rose water on your face. It also helps to make your skin glowing and fair.
